What to Expect
Celebration Services teach us about God and how to love Him, trust His plans for our lives and be a part of His plans for the world. You’ll find the music to be familiar, a style you’d hear on the eclectic airwaves of South Florida radio. The messages present the Bible in a way that is completely applicable to your life today
Weekend Celebration Services are held at:
- Pembroke Pines Campus: Sundays at 10:30 a.m. Traducción al Español disponible.
- Downtown Miami Campus: Sundays at 5 p.m. (beginning Feb. 21). Traducción al Español disponible.
- Century Village Campus: Wednesdays at 2 p.m.
Here's what you'll want to know about Celebration Services at Pembroke Pines and Downtown Miami:
GUESTS:
Everyone is welcome to attend The Pursuit's Celebration Service. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask a volunteer. Before or after the service, stop by the Information Table for a Bible as a gift and information about how to get connected at The Pursuit.
KIDS CITY:
Nursery thru 4th graders can join the fun at Kids City, beginning at 10:15 a.m. at Pembroke Pines and 4:45 at Downtown Miami.
BIBLES:
During the message, you'll be invited to read Bible passages along with the teacher. Bibles are available at the Information Table for you to use and to take home for further study.
PRAYER:
Please let us know if you have a specific prayer need. Talk to someone at the Information Table or fill out a request using the Connection Card.
COMMUNION:
All Christ-followers are welcome to participate in communion, which we take each Sunday. Communion is a time when we reflect on Jesus, God's son, and how He came to earth, taught us how to live, died on the cross - taking on all of our brokenness and wrong-doings, and He rose again, giving us the hope of living in eternity with God.
Communion usually takes place after the message on Sunday. You will be instructed to go to the communion tables, where the crackers and juice are located. After a time of prayer and reflection, you will eat the cracker and drink the juice on your own. Return the juice cup into the tray and return to your seat.
OFFERING ENVELOPES:
All that we have is God's, so offering is a time when we give back to Him. Guests are not expected to give, but are welcome to do so in response to how God has blessed you this week. Offering envelopes are available at the Information Table or you can give online by clicking here.
