40 Days of Purpose
What on Earth Am I Here For? Beginning Sunday, September 14, The Pursuit will embark on a 40-day adventure answering life’s most important question: “What on earth am I here for?”
During The 40 Days of Purpose, we will learn about God’s five purposes for our lives through three important spiritual practices:
Daily Devotional: Each of us will be challenged to read one chapter a day for 40 days from the best-selling book The Purpose Driven Life. Pick up your FREE copy of the book from the Information Table on Sunday. (One copy per family; additional copies available for $5 each.)
Community Groups: Once a week for six weeks, people will come together in homes for friendship and Bible study to learn more about the Bible and God's purpose for our lives. Each study will coincide with that week's reading from The Purpose Driven Life.
Celebration Services: Each message on Sunday will kick off the topic for your week's daily devotional reading and Community Group discussion.
The 40 Days of Purpose is an ideal series for people who have questions about life, God and church. Together, let's learn more about why God put us on earth. Read the book and join in the discussion.
